  8. (B) Go Back one record
  9.     Pressing 'B' The Current record will move forward One
  10. (F) First Record
  11.     Takes the Database to the first record.
  12. (J) Jump to a Record
  13.     Jumps to the disk number that you have requested.
  14. (L) Last Record
  15.     Takes the Database to the last record.
  16. (N) Next Record
  17.     The Current record will more backwards one.
  18. (S) Search String
  19.     You can search for any simular string or numbers. (ie search for all the 
  20.     over 18 disks or all the demos By BUDBRAIN).
  21.     Type    xx/or Budbrain
  22.     Then use the (B), (N), (F) and (L) keys to view the various demo disks
  23.     If you want to cancal the search then press (S) again.
  24. (T) Sort Menu
  25.     If you require the disks in alpha, Catagory or Number order then 
  26.     follow the menu prompts. This sort will take a long time to finish.

  28. (X) Over 18 Password
  29.     You can enter the password for the over 18 disks here.

  31. Printing from the Database

  34. When using your Printer 
  35.  
  36.     First load the Peferences on the Catalogue disk and select your printers
  37.     requires. (The Catalogue is Pre-Set to Epson and Star LC-10 printers (or
  38.     any Compatibles with 135 colmn print facility).

  40. Within the Database

  42.     At the bottem left hand side of the screen you will see the printer
  43.     setting (0) Which means that the printer Flow is switched off. Selecting
  44.     the numbers below will print various following result.

  46. (1) All Information
  47.     Prints The Disk Number, Demo or Various disk Title, The category and
  48.     the whole description.

  50. (2) Disk Number, Title & Category
  51.     Prints The Disk Number, Demo or Various disk Title and The category.
  52.     Used for printing lists.
  53.  
  54. (3) Label Print 
  55.     As you can see our disks come with a small printed label,well you
  56.     also can print them out with this number.

  58. (Z) Sesction Print
  59.     This letter can be used to print a section of disks, ie if you wanted
  60.     to Print disks 1-35 with full descriptions then is how you should setup
  61.     the database.

  63. (3) Set up the printer to print a little disk label
  64. (Z) Set the database to get ready and print a selection of disks
  65. (1) Set the database to Start the printing at disk number 1
  66. (9) Set the database to Finish printing at disk number 9
  67.  
  68. Right Now the Database is Set to start printing select
  69. (Y) This will start printing or
  70. (N) to Cancel the operation and return to the Help screen.
